Welcome to the Cowboy100 Portal
Thank you for your participation in the Cowboy100, a celebration to acknowledge the business and leadership achievements of Oklahoma State University graduates. JTaylor is serving as a third party recipient of the documents required to accurately rank the applicants. Please utilize this portal to securely upload the required documents. We will maintain the confidentiality of the provided documents, reporting to OSU only the resultant ranked list of applicants based on the criteria established for the program. Thanks, and Go Pokes!
Required Documents
The documentation required to complete your application includes one of the following:
- Page one of the company's signed U.S. Income Tax Return for the calendar years 2023, 2022, and 2021, or the fiscal years ended therein. (Forms accepted: 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, and 1040: Schedule C.) Note: In certain circumstances, additional portions of the return may be required. JTaylor will contact you if additional information is needed to calculate revenue in a manner most comparable to the rest of the pool of applicants.
- Or
- Audited, reviewed, or compiled financial statements by an external CPA firm (inclusive of the accountant's report) for the calendar years 2023, 2022, and 2021, or the fiscal years ended therein. Note: letters from management or internal auditors are not permissible.
- Or
- Revenue Verification Form signed by company's external Certified Public Accountant attesting to the reported revenue.
Reminder
The same form of documentation must be submitted for each of the three years (2023, 2022, and 2021).
If you submitted documentation in connection with an application to Cowboy100 last year, it is not necessary to resubmit supporting documents as long as the documentation for 2023 is provided in the same format. Regardless, please enter the revenue amounts for each of the three years in the submission form.
Notice
JTaylor has no responsibility to retain documentation beyond the time required to administer the Cowboy100 program.
